At Liberty Puzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your heirloom-quality wooden jigsaw puzzle. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the puzzle in its original box and outer shipping carton, ensuring all pieces and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Colorado workshop.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
