What makes Liberty Puzzles different from standard cardboard puzzles?
Our puzzles are made from 1/4 inch thick maple plywood and feature unique 'whimsy' pieces—intricate shapes cut to match the theme of the puzzle image, providing a tactile and premium experience.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States usually arrives within 5-7 business days, though peak holiday seasons may experience longer lead times.
What happens if I lose a puzzle piece?
We offer a piece replacement service for most of our current designs. Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the area surrounding the missing piece so we can cut a custom replacement for you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed puzzles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, opened puzzles cannot be returned.
Are the puzzles suitable for children?
While our puzzles are beautiful, they contain small, intricate parts that pose a choking hazard. We recommend our puzzles for adults and children aged 12 and up.
